Position Overview
We seek a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
* Develop and Implement Strategies:
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
* Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
* Campaign Management:
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
* Content Creation:
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* SEO and SEM:
* Execute and manage SEO and PPC strategies to increase the company\'s search engine results rankings.
* Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
* Market Research:
* Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
Qualifications
* Education:
* Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Experience:
* Proven working experience in digital marketing for 2-3 years.
* Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
* Skills:
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
* Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
