We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple sales channels. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
* Manage and optimize SEO efforts to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
* Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring effective spend and maximizing ROI.
* Work closely with the sales team to design and execute sales channel strategies.
* Analyze and interpret marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed.
* Manage budget allocation and marketing expenses within the ₹10K-₹30K range.
* Collaborate with the finance team to align marketing strategies with financial goals.
* Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools to keep the company competitive.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
* Strong understanding of various sales channels and how to optimize them.
* Prior experience in marketing related to finance or working in finance companies is a plus.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
