Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive contributing to the company\'s digital marketing campaigns and works closely with the external marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimisation process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms for lead generation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
* Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
* Lead Generation in Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0, Solar Energy, Sustainability & Process Automation US & India regions. Identify and generate new leads through digital marketing and follow up the lead via cold calling, mail etc.
* Manage and maintain the company\'s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
* Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
* Manage social media marketing campaigns
* Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
* Manage SEO campaigns
* Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
* Conduct research on market trends, brand\'s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
* Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
* Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
* 2+ years\' experience in working with Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Department in IT/Software Service or Manufacturing Industry is required.
* This position offers WFO / Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere."
* Strong experience in creating content using Word and PowerPoint tools.
* Strong communication skills in English Writing and Speaking required. Spoken Hindi is a plus.
* Self-motivated and results oriented.
* Ability to understand our offering and arrive at marketing initiatives in Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0, Solar Energy, Sustainability & Process Automation.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a big plus.
