We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and lead all end-to-end marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that align with StuCred's mission and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Digital Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all digital channels.
* Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Monitor and improve website rankings and organic traffic through effective SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
* Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and promote engaging and valuable content across various digital platforms to attract and retain the target audience.
* Social Media Management: Manage and grow StuCred's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor social trends, and respond to user interactions
* Analytics and Reporting: Use various analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize landing pages and user flows to improve conversion rates and maximize the return on investment (ROI) from digital campaigns.
* Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the design, product, and tech teams to ensure marketing materials, website updates, and promotional campaigns are in sync with product updates and business requirements.
* Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and potential areas of improvement for StuCred's digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of 2+ year as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role in a marketing agency or FinTech or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on lending products.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for creative content creation. Knowledge of Hindi language will be advantageous.
* Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of the Indian college student market and its unique digital marketing landscape will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
