Cappella Sports Pvt. Ltd is looking out for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies for product-based solutions, experience in creating brands from the ground up and should be excited to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
· Create Digital Marketing Strategy, develop Digital Marketing Calendar & Digital propositions for different products of different SKUs
· Full responsibility of developing full funnel Digital campaigns including Lead generation/Acquisition campaigns
· Experience of running social, search, display, and other campaigns efficiently
· Integration with Brand Awareness, Growth & Performance Marketing to drive Digital Campaigns
· Experience, and expertise to run data driven programmatic digital marketing campaigns
· Responsible for Search Optimisation/Marketing & accelerating traffic to the Digital Assets. SEO, SEM
· Leverage digital customer communication platforms (social media, WhatsApp, Email, Chatbot, Google Business Messaging, etc)
· Support decision management through digital analytics and data metrics.
· Work along with Digital Assets Specialist and E-Commerce Team for specific campaigns Management and coworking with Media, Search and Analytics.
· Discuss marketing objectives with agency and set measurable performance and financial KPIs
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
· 1 - 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
· Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
· Sound knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
· Knowledge and experience in Digital Media Planning, product offer & pricing models, Web Analytics, Web Promotion, Keyword Research, Online Advertising, Search Engine Marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, Website Traffic Optimization, Landing Page Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization.
· Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace: trend awareness; industry best practices; competitor analysis.
· Strong customer understanding, preferably both consumer and b2b customer personas.
· Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
