Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
* Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines.
* SEO & SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
* Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company\'s social media presence across platforms such as Face book, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Create and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends and insights.
* Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement emails.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates and conversions.
* Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
* Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
* Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience (typically 1 year) in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems (CMS).
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
