Job Description: We are seeking an experienced \\*\\*Digital Marketing Head & Strategist\\*\\* to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives, driving business growth and ensuring brand consistency. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email marketing, paid advertising). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives. 2. SEO Management - Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings. - Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives. - Analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversions to drive continuous improvement. 3. Social Media Management - Oversee social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms. - Manage content creation, scheduling, and community interaction. - Track and analyze social media performance and optimize based on insights. 4. Team Leadership and Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals. - Set clear goals and ensure the team meets performance targets. - Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team. 5. Analytics and Reporting - Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to monitor campaign performance. - Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes, ROI, and key trends. - Make data-driven decisions to optimize ongoing and future campaigns. 6. Budget Management - Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. - Ensure all campaigns stay within the allocated budget and evaluate channel effectiveness. 7. Brand Management - Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company\'s brand voice, style, and identity. - Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visuals and messaging. 8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends - Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. - Implement new strategies and practices to keep the brand competitive. 9. Stakeholder Communication - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals. - Present digital marketing strategies and performance updates to senior management. 10. Crisis Management - Manage the company\'s online reputation and respond to any negative feedback or crises. - Develop strategies for crisis communication to protect the brand\'s image. 11. Training & Development - Provide training to students and interns on PPC, SEO, and Social Media Management. Requirements: - Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, SEO, and social media management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proficient in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms. - Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
