SOME BASIC KRA\'S:
● Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
● Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC.
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals
.● Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
● Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
● Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
● Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
● Develop and oversee content strategy to ensure high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across all digital platforms.
● Coordinate with content creators to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
● Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
● Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business goals
.● Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers across various platforms.
● Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
● Allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance and ROI .Requirements:
● Proven experience (8+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and team leadership.
● In-depth knowledge of all digital marketing channels and tools.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and others.
● Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
● Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
● Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to present ideas and campaigns to
stakeholders at all levels.
● Ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
