Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Internship Duration: 3 months Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM Days: Monday - Saturday
Compensation: ₹5,000 in hand during the internship; upon successful completion, an increase to ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and specifically Facebook Ads.
* Create, manage, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions, including A/B testing and audience targeting.
* Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, particularly for Facebook Ads, to optimise strategies and report on results.
* Support the management of our social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and community management.
* Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for various campaigns.
* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
* Minimum three months of relevant portfolio knowledge in digital marketing.
* Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and a basic understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media strategies.
* Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
