Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern who will assist our marketing in executing various digital strategies to drive brand awareness and online presense. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Social Media Management: Assisting in managing and scheduling posts across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Engage with the audience and track key metrics.
- Content Creation: Helping create compelling visual and written content, including graphics, blog posts, and social media updates that align with the company\'s brand.
- Email Marketing: Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and analysing campaign performance.
- SEO Optimisation: Supporting SEO efforts by researching keywords, optimising on-page elements (meta descriptions, headers), and suggesting improvements to increase organic traffic.
- Market Research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of digital campaigns through Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing efforts.
- Website Management: Collaborating with the team to update and maintain content on the company website, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Campaign Support: Assisting in the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), as needed.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
