### Digital Marketing Lead

### As Digital Marketing Lead you\'ll drive GE Vernova Grid Software\'s global digital marketing strategies and elevate its reputation as the leading digital energy software provider. You\'ll be a part of a global marketing team and will work closely with product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and sales to effectively promote GE Vernova\'s Grid Software solutions via owned and paid digital channels.

### The successful candidate is an experienced digital marketer who is passionate about understanding customer needs and creating strategies to meet those needs to drive business results. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with other marketing team members as well as agency partners to execute on and optimize campaigns. The role reports to Digital and Creative Services Leader, based out of Hyd, India.

### Responsibilities:

* ### Develop, own and execute digital strategies across owned (website and customer portal) and paid channels to optimize customer journeys and increase engagement and conversion rates.
* ### Work closely with SEO agency to ensure web pages are optimized for SEO. Implement content recommendations for organic SEO success based on content gap analysis provided. Collaborate with product marketing and web development team to ensure all SEO best practices are properly implemented on priority web pages.
* ### Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging is implemented across all channels. Work closely with the creative team to implement brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
* ### Monitor and interpret analytic data and prepare executive dashboards working closely with Analytics on KPIs across channels; identify issues and opportunities then manage the execution of changes.
* ### Work with ABM CoE and Regional Marketing leaders to establish best practices wrt web optimization, personalistion and targeting for key personas and accounts
* ### Manage and cultivate outside agency relationships and manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of global GridOS campaign.
* ### Manage content, template and page updates for all web page with the Digital Technology team. Manage technical SEO efforts including on page improvements, URL structure, architecture, schema and other components, working with the Digital Technology team
* ### Foster strong engagement and healthy cooperative partnerships with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, industry marketing, regional marketing, ABM, and business leaders, to understand relevant industry trends and customer needs.

### Requirements:

* ### BA/BS degree
* ### 5+ years of relevant work experience
* ### B2B SaaS marketing experience preferred
* ### Master\'s degree/MBA preferred

* ### Success in developing web strategy and driving web performance with SEO/SEM tactics
* ### Ability to analyze, interpret data, and continually evolve web strategy and prioritize projects based on key learnings and business impact

* ### Experience with project managing: monitor project process, set deadlines, solve issues, ensure key stakeholder approval, and evaluate project performance

* ### A proven self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a track record of delivering exceptional work product under time constraints
* ### The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
