Job description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

* Design and oversee digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.

2. SEO/SEM and Social Media Management:

* Optimize content for the companys website and social networking channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
* Generate, edit, publish, and share content regularly to builds meaningful connections to improve companys brand image and business.
* Improve the company's organic search rankings on major search engines.

3. Content Creation and Management:

* Create and curate engaging content for the company's website and social media channels.
* Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.

4. Email Marketing:

* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

* Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* Use various tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to analyse data and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

6. Market Research:

* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
* Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelors degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* Proven working experience in digital marketing.
* Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, etc.
* Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.).
* Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas, etc.).
* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
* Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
