Overview:
Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Manage website analytics and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics.
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
Lead the creation and management of high-quality content for digital channels (blogs, social media, websites, etc.).
Work with the content team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
Develop strategies for content distribution and engagement.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation.
Work closely with other departments (Sales, IT, Design, etc.) to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
Present digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 4 Years to 5 Years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Soft Skills:
