Job description
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored specifically to the real estate market, with a primary focus on lead generation.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and nuances of the Indian real estate audience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to establish lead generation goals, define KPIs, and monitor campaign performance.
Expertly utilize a diverse range of digital channels, including social media, SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to engage and attract potential clients.
Design, optimize, and analyze landing pages, website content, and online advertisements to maximize lead capture and conversion rates.
Manage allocated budgets effectively, track campaign expenditures, and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and lead acquisition costs.
Curate and produce high-quality, culturally relevant content that resonates with the Indian real estate audience and supports lead generation efforts.
Stay updated with the evolving landscape of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and tools specific to the Indian market.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach and credibility.
Monitor online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and reputation, and respond to inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through digital marketing efforts within the Indian real estate sector.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in lead generation, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
