Responsibilities:
* Effectively coordinate and manage multiple SEO projects, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Collaborate across teams to define clear project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals.
* Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor adherence to project goals and milestones.
* Monitor project milestones, identify risks early, and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays and maintain quality.
* Perform thorough quality control checks to ensure all work meets project specifications and current SEO standards.
* Implement process automation using Gsuite, Slack, IFTTT, and other tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
* Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear guidance to ensure successful project execution and team accountability.
* Continuously refine project management processes, leveraging opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
* Stay updated on SEO industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to automate.
* Maintain proactive communication with clients, regularly updating them on project status and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed project reports, including performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Efficiently allocate resources across projects to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
* Mentor and train team members on SEO best practices and project management techniques.
* Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of project scopes.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
