Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement innovative and effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
2. Campaign Management:
* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
3. Social Media Management:
* Oversee and manage social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media channels.
4. SEO and SEM:
* Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
5. Content Marketing:
* Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content.
* Utilize content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance.
* Use analytics data to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaigns.
7. Budget Management:
* Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
8. Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital campaigns.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
