Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for a fashion brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, creative thinker with a proven track record of success in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives.
* Manage and optimize the company's website and e-commerce platform for maximum user experience and conversions.
* Oversee social media marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
* Create engaging content, including images, videos, and blog posts, to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.
* Analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
* Manage and collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the fashion industry.
* Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
