Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to generate leads, create brand visibility and develop followers/community on various social channels. You will oversee a team of digital marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate need to be data-driven, creative, and has passion to learn and implement the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, e-books, and more to engage our target audience
* Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing, and content marketing.
* Social Media Management: Manage and grow followers in our SM platforms such as LinkedIn, X (twitter), YT, Insta, etc.
* Community Engagement: Foster an active and engaged community of followers, responding to comments, questions, and feedback
* Content Distribution: Strategically distribute content across digital channels to maximize reach and engagement
* Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific audience segments and achieve marketing objectives
* Analytics and Reporting: Use social media and web analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of content and social media campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
* Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all content and social media platforms
* Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications preferred.
* Proven experience of 5+ years in Email marketing, social media management, Content marketing, and community engagement.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
* Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Familiarity with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
