EHSSoftware.io is looking for full time Marketing Manager For Demand Generation / Lead Management.
* Generate, track, manage and report lead generation through various digital channels e.g. Website, Facebook, Google ad words, Linkedin, X, SMS, Emails and Blogs
* Optimize digital marketing spends & cost per lead
* Closely monitor lead quality, lead to sales conversion ratio (%)
* Guide the Call Center team to vet the quality of the leads & pass on only warm / hot leads
* Monitor & lead the Call Center team effectively to maximize follow-ups, lead evaluation & maximize ROI
* Utilize the existing HubSpot marketing tools to maximize effectiveness
* Campaign, content and asset creation to set up for various marketing programs
* Campaign Management: Plan, Execute and Report Marketing Campaigns through all digital channels.
* Website development & management: Improve website traffic, create content for blogs, develop landing pages, maintain website effectively with continuous content updating and resource development not only with content, but also visually on the technical front, SEO manageemnt
* Social Media Management: Manage all social profiles and social media content, share updates on all social platform, improve social media engagement
* Customer Database Management: Enrich the existing database of active and prospective customer list with correct email IDs and contact numbers using tools like Zoominfo, Improve the customer database segmentation based on various parameters, search more web sources to extract more prospective contacts for targeting marketing campaigns
