Direct Home Service is an all-encompassing business management platform, specifically designed for home service industries including lawn care, pool maintenance, electrical services, HVAC, and plumbing. Our platform integrates essential business functions such as CRM, scheduling, invoicing, communication tools, and reporting to streamline operations and foster business growth.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Testing: Conduct comprehensive product testing to ensure a seamless user experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
* User Research and Interviews: Perform user research and conduct interviews to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
* Website SEO: Optimize our website for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
* Paid Ad Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
* Email Funnels: Develop and implement effective email marketing funnels to nurture leads and retain customers.
* Blogs: Oversee content creation, including blogs, to engage and educate our target audience.
* Social Media: Manage social media channels to build brand awareness and engage with our community.
* Directory Listing: Ensure accurate and effective listings in online directories to enhance online presence.
* Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
* Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
* Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategies.
* Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in the home service or related industries is a plus.
