Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Manager – Website and Performance Marketing
Role Overview: We seek a talented and experienced professional for the role of Manager/Senior Manager who can own our digital presence from strategy to execution. The major responsibilities for this role would be managing our website end-to-end, owning our website's performance including off-page and on-page SEO and driving search engine marketing which in turn drives lead generation, and ensures a seamless user experience. In addition, the selected professional will be a part of global enterprise marketing team and will work with cross-functional teams. The selected professional will also be on point in end-to-end strategy and execution of our digital marketing initiatives and contribute to overall demand generation through industry best website practices.

* Collaborate with the website team, including web developers, content team, SEO specialists, and performance marketing professionals, to deliver high-quality website experiences and landing pages that drive conversion.
* Design and implement comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, utilizing A/B and multivariate testing, UX analysis, and landing page optimization techniques.
* Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance.
* Oversee the technical functionality, code, and content of the website, ensuring responsiveness, functionality, and compliance with relevant legal and web accessibility standards.
* Conduct and drive regular testing and quality assurance to maintain optimal site performance and user experience.
* Collaborate with the performance marketing team in executing PPC and paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Google and LinkedIn, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
* Generate regular reports on website performance, utilizing relevant analytics tools to track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct in-depth technical SEO analysis, on-page and off-page SEO, addressing site architecture, crawling, indexing issues, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
* Strategize our performance marketing index and streamline complexities associated with Search Engine Marketing
* Identify and implement technical enhancements to improve website health, search engine visibility, content optimization, and link-building strategies based on data analysis.
* Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for on-page optimization, collaborating with content creators to align content with SEO strategies and targeted keywords.
* Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content, to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance website authority, collaborating with SEO specialists to align efforts with overall SEO goals.
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of link-building campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
* Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO technologies, implementing best practices and innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
* Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all digital channels.
Qualifications:
* Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in website management, performance marketing and digital marketing.
* Proven track record of driving website performance and achieving measurable results.
* In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools, SEO and SEM best practices, and performance marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong eye for global-standard brand and design aesthetics.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages/tools is a plus.
* Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related areas are desirable.
