Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Programs Specialist to join our Solution Marketing team in VIAVI Automated Mobility Solutions (AMS) BU.



This role is ideal for a junior profile with a mix of marketing and project management skills.



The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and managing marketing activities for VIAVI AMS BU, including lead generation programs, digital marketing activities, external event and sales enablement activities to support business objectives.



The candidate will play a crucial role in executing the business unit marketing activities aligned with business objectives, working closely with head of solution marketing, product managers, sales and corporate marketing teams to achieve AMS business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities* E2E marketing program management: Plan, execute, and follow up the end-to-end AMS marketing plan through various tactics such as marketing emails, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising to drive engagement and conversions.
* Lead generation: Define, execute, and manage all lead generation programs to drive new leads and conversions in alignment with business targets.
* Event coordination: Coordinate marketing logistics for internal events, external trade shows, webinars, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and representation of our product lines.
* Cross-Team collaboration: Work closely with product managers, creative teams, web and sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with product strategies, sales targets and company goals.
* Reporting & Analysis: Assist in analyzing marketing programs outcomes (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.


Qualifications* Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing and/or lead generation for high tech companies, ideally in telco or IT business.
* Understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies, with experience in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Well-organized, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Team player with extensive project management skills, able to execute programs with strong time constraints and collaborate effectively with different teams within a global organization.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally familiar with CRMs, marketing software and tools.
