We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and insights from various digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and providing actionable recommendations. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to drive strategy and ensure the success of online initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, SEO performance, social media engagement, and paid advertising results.
* Campaign Optimization: Monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, etc.) and suggest improvements to increase ROI and overall performance.
* Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and identify digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and new opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
* SEO & SEM: Assist in improving website rankings on search engines by monitoring SEO strategies and overseeing paid search (PPC) campaigns.
* Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and optimization opportunities. Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
* A/B Testing: Perform A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to identify best practices and improve conversion rates.
* Audience Segmentation: Identify target audiences for digital campaigns and suggest appropriate content and platform strategies to reach them effectively.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure all digital marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
* Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio is a plus.
* Knowledge of A/B testing and website optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely).
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.
* Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
