Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing primarily on enhancing our B2B product line's visibility and engagement on LinkedIn. This role is crucial in developing and managing targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

* LinkedIn Profile Optimization:
* Optimize the company\'s LinkedIn profile to enhance branding, including a compelling company description, visuals, and keywords for better search visibility.
* Content Calendar Development:
* Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting of valuable content that aligns with industry trends and audience interests.
* Thought Leadership:
* Position company leaders as thought leaders by sharing insights, articles, and posts that highlight industry expertise and innovations.
* Community Engagement:
* Actively engage with followers through comments, messages, and participation in relevant LinkedIn groups to build relationships and encourage discussions.
* Influencer Collaboration:
* Identify and collaborate with industry influencers to amplify reach and credibility through co-created content and campaigns.
* Lead Generation Tactics:
* Implement lead generation tactics, such as LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, to capture high-quality leads directly from advertising campaigns.
* A/B Testing:
* Conduct A/B testing on LinkedIn ads and content types to determine the most effective messaging and visuals for audience engagement.
* Event Promotion:
* Promote company webinars, events, and product launches on LinkedIn to drive attendance and engagement.
* Analytics and Insights:
* Regularly analyze LinkedIn analytics to track engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.
* Competitor Analysis:
* Monitor competitor activity on LinkedIn to identify successful strategies and emerging trends that can inform our approach.
* Custom Audiences:
* Develop and manage custom audience segments for targeted advertising, ensuring relevant messaging reaches the right professionals.
* Employee Advocacy:
* Implement an employee advocacy program to encourage staff to share company content, amplifying reach and building a strong brand presence.
* Crisis Management:
* Develop a crisis communication plan for LinkedIn to address any potential negative feedback or issues quickly and effectively.
* Brand Monitoring:
* Utilize LinkedIn's brand monitoring tools to track mentions, comments, and discussions related to the company and its products.
* Regular Training and Updates:
* Provide training for team members on best practices for LinkedIn engagement and content creation to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

Additional Digital Marketing Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Writing:

- Produce compelling and relevant content for LinkedIn, including articles and updates, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

2. Social Media Management:

- Oversee the company\'s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, managing daily postings.

3. Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and analyze performance for continuous improvement.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics across all channels and provide regular reports.

5. Market Research:

- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.

6. Budget Management:

- Assist in managing the digital marketing budget for optimal resource allocation.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

8. Stay Updated:

- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially related to LinkedIn.

Qualifications

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn strategy.

- Proficient in SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.

- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
