Job Description:
Xplore New, a subsidiary of Spotlet, is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in lead generation strategies, with a preference for experience in the Real Estate industry. Additionally, knowledge of the Healthcare and Education sectors, along with an ability to adapt to various industries, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to achieve targets and enhance client acquisition.
* Industry Focus: Demonstrate expertise in the Real Estate industry, with the ability to understand and adapt to the nuances of Healthcare, Education, and other sectors.
* Client Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor lead generation strategies accordingly.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
* Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
* Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to continually improve lead generation processes.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in lead generation.
* Strong understanding of lead generation principles and strategies.
* Preferred experience in the Real Estate industry.
* Knowledge of Healthcare, Education, and other sectors is a significant advantage.
