We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve website visibility.
* Create and execute email marketing campaigns with high open and click-through rates.
* Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
* 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing
* Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong project management and organizational abilities
* Experience with content management systems (CMS)
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
