Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the clinic\'s slimming and cosmetic services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and an understanding of the cosmetic and wellness industry to drive online engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion for the clinic\'s services.
* Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
* Content Creation and Management:
* Design and produce engaging content for the clinic\'s website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
* Work with graphic designers and content creators to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
* Social Media Management:
* Manage and grow the clinic\'s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to engage followers and attract new clients.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
* Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
* Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.
* Email Marketing:
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and patient follow-ups.
* Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize open rates and engagement.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
* Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and ROI.
* Market Research:
* Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for growth.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and the cosmetic and wellness industry.
* Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work closely with the clinic\'s staff, including clinicians and management, to ensure marketing efforts align with clinic goals and promotions.
* Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized services.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare, slimming, or cosmetic industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
* Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
* Familiarity with patient management software and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
