Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with at least three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a track record of successful campaign management. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and drive better results.
Conducted keyword research and managed SEO/SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and paid ad performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall company goals and brand messaging.
Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate new strategies as needed.
Managed and optimized social media profiles and paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Prepare reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a successful track record of managing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) is advantageous.

Salary Range:
