Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company\'s brand, products, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
SEO/SEM: Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve website visibility and increase organic traffic.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with marketing strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage the company's social media presence, creating and curating content that drives engagement and growth.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
PPC Management: Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to improve campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms is a plus.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website and email formatting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
