Digital Marketing
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a commitment to working a six-day week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
* Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
* Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Content Creation and Management:
* Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email.
* Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
* Ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
* SEO and SEM:
* Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
* Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Monitor and optimize ad spend and performance to achieve the best ROI.
* Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring performance.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
* Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and KPIs.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
* Education and Experience:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of [X] years of experience in digital marketing.
* Skills and Abilities:
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
