* We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing (specifically Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), and backlinking techniques. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving traffic to our website to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* SEO Optimization:
* Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
* Analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide actionable insights for optimization.
* Monitor and report on website traffic and ranking metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
* Social Media Marketing:
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
* Monitor social media trends, analyze competitors, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
* Content Creation and Management:
* Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality blog posts, articles, and multimedia content that aligns with SEO strategies.
* Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for search engines.
* Backlinking Strategy:
* Develop and execute effective backlinking strategies to enhance website authority and improve search engine rankings.
* Build relationships with relevant websites and influencers for guest posting and collaborative opportunities.
* Campaign Management:
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, tracking performance and adjusting tactics to improve results.
* Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
* Email Marketing:
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to engage and convert leads.
* Monitor email campaign performance and optimize based on metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, social media marketing, and backlinking.
* Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and social media management platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content creation.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
* Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
