Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, traffic, and online sales.
* SEO & SEM Management: Optimize website and product pages for search engines, manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
* Social Media Strategy: Design and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, focusing on visual storytelling and engagement.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
* Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products.
* Customer Engagement: Enhance customer interactions through engaging content, personalized marketing, and loyalty programs.
* E-Commerce Optimization: Work with the e-commerce team to enhance product listings, shopping experience, and conversion rates.
* Brand Positioning: Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in e-commerce or fashion/jewellery sectors.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media tools.
* Strong understanding of content creation, graphic design basics, and storytelling.
* Analytical skills and experience with marketing automation tools.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of jewellery industry trends.
* Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
