Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring that our digital presence aligns with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
* Content Creation: Develop and oversee content strategy, including creating, curating, and optimizing content for web, social media, and email platforms.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements.
* SEO & SEM: Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings. Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
* Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to grow our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create and schedule engaging content, and monitor social media trends.
* Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns. Segment email lists and analyze engagement metrics to optimize performance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product teams, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
* Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
* Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
* Attitude: Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for digital marketing and staying current with industry trends.
