Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, WhatsApp, and search engines. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns, driving measurable results, and continuously improving the overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, WhatsApp, and search engines.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
* Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize existing campaigns and introduce new ones.
* Content Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and web development teams to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
* Optimization & Innovation: Continuously optimize user experience by staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
* Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between campaign strategies, design, and technical execution.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Tools & Platforms: Experience using key marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to tackle marketing challenges.
* Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Education:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
