We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Google, and Taboola. You will also be responsible for managing our social media presence and generating high-quality leads within the allocated budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Taboola.
* Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
* Manage all social media pages of the brand including content creation, posting, and engagement.
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Generate high-quality digital leads that convert into sales while adhering to monthly budget constraints.
* Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
* Expertise in managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Taboola.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
* Ability to create engaging content and manage social media communities.
* Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
