Knowledge Preference:
1. Understanding of Social Media Ads Campaigns
2. Understanding of advertising on Facebook & Instagram / LinkedIn / Twitter / YouTube Ads
Tracking conversions through Pixels.
Experience: 3+ year of experience in
Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of PPC campaigns for multiple clients
3. Keyword research and analysis
4. Media Planning
5. Budget optimisation and allocation
Platforms:
Facebook / Instagram Youtube ads
Specifically Add-on – Google Adwords (Display, Mobile App, Video) and Analytics
Tools like Google Analytics and GTM in order to implement Re-Targeting.
Qualities:
1. Constant monitoring of the performance of multiple campaigns
2. Attention to small details
3. Updated on the latest trends on the above-mentioned platforms
4. Supporting and mentoring team members
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and regularly optimize Facebook marketing campaigns, PPC campaigns
2. performance (multiple optimizations in a day – if needed)
3.A/B testing with different ad creatives and landing pages to improve CTR
4. Analyse trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates.
5. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
6. Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
7. Intra-team coordination to understand how the campaigns can yield more quality leads & conversions
8. Training Media Team members on various aspects of digital advertising

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
