We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
\\*\\*Key Responsibilities:\\*\\*
1. \\*\\*Strategy Development:\\*\\*
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
2. \\*\\*Campaign Management:\\*\\*
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Manage all online campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
3. \\*\\*Content Creation & Management:\\*\\*
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality content is created and aligned with brand messaging.
- Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing assets including website content, blogs, social media posts, and videos.
4. \\*\\*SEO & SEM:\\*\\*
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives/campaigns.
5. \\*\\*Social Media Management:\\*\\*
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry.
6. \\*\\*Analytics & Reporting:\\*\\*
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
7. \\*\\*Budget Management:\\*\\*
- Manage digital marketing budget, allocate/invest funds wisely across various campaigns, and ensure campaigns are delivered on budget.
- Monitor and report on monthly budget performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing spend.
8. \\*\\*Team Collaboration:\\*\\*
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Train and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance on best practices and emerging digital trends.
\\*\\*Qualifications:\\*\\*
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (4+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
