Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google advertising campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of SEO practices. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand goals.
- Identify target audiences and create customer personas to guide marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- SEO Management:
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Present findings to management and suggest actionable strategies for improvement.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
