Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Location: Hyderabad

Salary Range: ₹8 LPA - ₹10 LPA

As the Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This role will lead a multidisciplinary team, including specialists in SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

* Digital Marketing Strategy:
* Develop and lead the execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email, and display advertising.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
* Continuously monitor, test, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
* Team Leadership & Management:
* Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring team alignment, productivity, and collaboration.
* Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members grow in their roles and deliver high-quality work.
* Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, regularly tracking performance and providing actionable feedback.
* Campaign Management:
* Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development to execution and analysis.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
* Ensure synergy between all digital channels to create a cohesive brand message and seamless customer experience.
* SEO & Content Marketing:
* Work with the SEO team to optimize the company\'s web presence and improve organic search rankings.
* Oversee the content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
* Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and is designed to meet the needs of target audiences.
* Paid Media & PPC:
* Collaborate with the paid media team to develop and manage effective PPC and social media advertising campaigns that drive customer acquisition and conversions.
* Analyze performance metrics, such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and optimize paid media spend accordingly.
* Social Media & Community Engagement:
* Oversee social media strategy, ensuring it is aligned with overall brand messaging and growth goals.
* Foster community engagement and leverage user-generated content to enhance social media presence.
* Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, adapting the strategy based on data.
* Email Marketing & CRM:
* Lead the email marketing strategy, focusing on list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
* Work closely with the CRM team to build and nurture customer relationships and increase retention.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing activities and results to internal stakeholders and clients.
* Implement data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and drive business growth.
* Innovation & Trends:
* Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
* Experiment with new channels and strategies to find innovative ways to grow and engage audiences.
* Identify and implement new technologies or platforms that can streamline operations and improve marketing outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
* Experience:
* 6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns across multiple channels.
* At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow teams.
* Core Competencies:
* Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, and display advertising.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
* Expertise in multi-channel digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
* Strong knowledge of lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer journey mapping.
* Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools.
* Experience working with paid media budgets and optimizing for performance metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify is a plus.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
* Leadership & Management:
* Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Strong project management abilities with attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Moz, Hotjar, or similar for competitive analysis and user behavior tracking.
* Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
* Experience with video marketing and influencer partnerships.
