Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Trainer at Data Minds Analytics, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions that cover the entire spectrum of digital marketing. You will play a key role in developing training materials and guiding students through both theoretical and practical aspects of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Digital Marketing Training:
Deliver engaging and informative digital marketing training to students, covering topics like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Develop Course Curriculum:
Work with the academic team to design and update digital marketing curriculum to stay aligned with the latest industry trends and tools.
* Hands-On Projects and Assignments:
Guide students through practical, real-world projects that allow them to apply their learning and gain hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
* Assess Student Progress:
Evaluate students through quizzes, assignments, and projects to ensure they have a strong grasp of key concepts and skills.
* Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Keep track of the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends and incorporate these into the curriculum.
* Provide Mentorship and Career Guidance:
Offer one-on-one mentorship to students, helping them navigate their learning journey and career development in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
* Prior experience in teaching or training in digital marketing is highly preferred.
* Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing analytics tools.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to helping students succeed.
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Preferred)
Experience: Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred), Teaching/Training: 5 year (Preferred)
