* Experienced in SEO and PPC Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing, etc.
* Able to clearly and simply convey concepts in digital marketing.
* Digital marketing lesson plans to be planned and prepared for training sessions.
* Handle student questions or doubt sessions.
* Ability to design and develop course materials that are required for training
* Experience in executing lead generation efforts, internet marketing, and advertising promotions.
* Should be familiar with digital marketing technologies.
#### REQUIRED KEY SKILLS
* Expertise in Facebook marketing, Lead generation, SEO, Digital marketing, and Instagram marketing
* Experience in all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising strategies, including planning and implementing them.
* Ability to plan, create, and maintain a social media presence.

### Screening and Shortlisting
At SLA, our HR professionals screen applications based on candidates\' qualifications, certifications, hands-on skills, subject-matter expertise, and interpersonal skills.### Aptitude Round
This phase will assess the candidate\'s technical expertise and English proficiency. There are 20–30 MCQs in this round, and you have the allotted time to complete them.
### Technical Round
Face-to-face interview to assess a candidate\'s technical aptitude for the role, such as coding skills for trainers, digital marketing acumen for sales and SEO applicants, etc.### HR Interview
One of our HR Managers will evaluate candidates in the last round to assess the candidates\' communication skills, soft skills, positive attitude, and confidence level.
