Job Description: Digital Media Marketing Specialist
Position Overview:
A Digital Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to promote a company's products, services, or brand across various online platforms. The role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to drive targeted traffic, engage audiences, and achieve measurable results in terms of brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create detailed buyer personas to guide campaign targeting and content development.
- Utilize market research and data analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and persuasive digital content across various platforms, such as social media, blogs, emails, websites, and video.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach and website visibility.
- Curate and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and timeliness of digital marketing campaigns.
3. Social Media Marketing:
- Manage social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and reviews, maintaining a positive brand image.
4. Paid Advertising:
- Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize ad performance based on key metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
5. Email Marketing:
- Develop email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates and click-through rates.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use digital marketing tools and platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, detailing the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommending improvements.
7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page performance to increase conversions.
- A/B test different elements, such as headlines, images, and calls-to-action, to optimize conversion rates.
8. Budget Management:
- Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes and demonstrate a positive return on investment
(ROI).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and ability to ideate and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay: ₹10,120.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
