The Role:
The Digital Project Manager will lead the delivery of various Digital projects, ranging from brand activation campaigns to development of web and/or mobile applications, from initiation through to completion by working cohesively with global internal stakeholders. The role requires strong project management skills, deep Digital knowledge, keen eye for detail in maintaining brand identity, and a consistent delivery track record of Digital projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
A successful candidate will build and retain synergic relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Responsibilities:
* Play a hands-on project management role on strategic client digital programmes; is the key point of contact with complete accountability and responsibility
* Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
* Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met
* Create and update support documentation including discovery, scope, requirement specification, functional specification, risk logs, project closure, project health reports, and incident reports
* Management of multiple stakeholders across multiple locations, businesses, and technical groups
* Review client engagement with internal stakeholders and technical specialists on ways to innovate to deliver beyond customer expectations
* Manage budgets and resourcing, including technical, production, design, and QA resources
* Responsible for oversight and periodic review of scope, production, and timely delivery management of campaign development projects on display ads, web pages, responsive pages, emails/EDMs, landing pages and templates, multimedia, and GUIs; and scoping, building, management, and support projects
* Oversee and monitor progress of all projects ensuring brand quality, consistency, and technical efficiency
* Regular account review meetings with global stakeholders; identify opportunities for additional engagement / extended service offering
* Identifying, implementing, and monitoring KPIs and projects' milestones
* Support new business development and sales efforts by providing strategic digital delivery guidelines
* Staying abreast of all Digital marketing capabilities within Hogarth and the industry, and advising internal stakeholders and external clients as to best practice/ideas and improvement solutions
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role in the marketing creative / advertisement industry
* Passionatein managing online marketing / web development projects of varying scale and scope
* Experience in managing projects on advertisement platforms like DoubleClick, Sizmek,Celtra, as well as CMS-based websites, web/mobile applications
* Good knowledgeand understanding of digital design and technical concepts, tools, and technologies required to build contemporary digital solutions
* Well-versed in project management methodologies and tools like JIRA, MS Projects,Baseamp
* Equipped with data mining, analysis,and report generation abilities
* Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal,and interpersonal skills under demanding timescales and clients
* Excellentorganizational and interpersonal skills
* Confident personality with a 'can-do' service attitude
* Excellent time management skills & prioritization abilities
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Able to adapt to new working methods & practice technology advances
* Driven to actively and inclusively lead teams of members from different backgrounds as well as be able to work independently
* Positive and proactive attitude towards problem solving, tight deadlines, and mostly importantly in supporting colleagues
* Possesses a thirst for continuous learning and improvement
* Project manager certification (PMP, Agile, SCRUM) is a bonus
