"Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Development:
Plan, design, and implement direct marketing campaigns across various channels (email, direct mail, SMS, telemarketing, etc.).
Develop targeted marketing strategies based on customer segmentation, behavioral data, and market research.
Ensure campaigns align with the company\'s overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Campaign Execution & Management:
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, audience segmentation, testing, and delivery.
Oversee the production of marketing materials such as landing pages, email templates, and other promotional content.
Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates, ROI).
Identify areas for improvement, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for better results.
Provide regular reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer databases and personalize direct marketing efforts.
Implement segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and relevant content to different customer groups.
Ensure accurate tracking and management of customer interactions.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution.
Monitor costs and adjust campaigns to stay within budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, digital marketing) to coordinate and execute integrated campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the marketing team as needed.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure that all campaigns comply with relevant legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) and industry standards.
Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy across all marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in direct marketing or related roles.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and customer segmentation.
Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously."
