Position: E-commerce Account Manager (Associate/ Sr. Associate Level)

Job OverviewWe are currently looking for a highly driven, motivated individual in the team for the position of an E-commerce Account Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for managing key brands and portfolios, ensuring month-on-month growth within the marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Walmart, eBay in the Middle East, USA, and EU regions. The E-commerce Account Manager has an important role in driving sales through optimized product listings and managing the overall performance of the brands under his/her responsibility.



ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Manage and grow assigned brand portfolios across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.



Marketplace Optimization: Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates. Conduct regular keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.



Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve overall account performance.



Inventory and Pricing Management: Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels. Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.



Marketing and Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Manage PPC campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.



Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, logistics, and catalog teams to ensure a seamless brand experience. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and strategies.



Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.



Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably with exposure to multiple international marketplaces.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, Marketplace advertisement portals, and PPC.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with e-commerce tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
