Job Title: E-Commerce Manager with Inventory Management Expertise

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in inventory management to lead our online operations. This role will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* E-Commerce Strategy & Management:
* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service.
* Monitor website performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Inventory Management:
* Oversee inventory levels across all e-commerce channels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking.
* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory replenishment and reduce lead times.
* Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels, order processing, and product availability.
* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
* Order Fulfillment:
* Ensure timely and accurate order processing, including picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
* Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment processes and reduce shipping times.
* Address any issues related to order fulfillment, such as delays, stockouts, or customer complaints.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
* Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand, plan promotions, and make informed purchasing decisions.
* Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
* Use data to identify areas for improvement in the e-commerce and inventory management processes.
* Customer Experience:
* Enhance the online shopping experience by ensuring accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and easy navigation.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and inventory.
* Implement customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on inventory control.
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and inventory management roles.
* Experience in managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
* Knowledge of supply chain logistics and warehouse management.
