We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team! The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day tasks of our e-commerce operations, manage social media activities, validate data, and perform data analysis. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Operations:
* Assist in the management of online product listings, including updating product descriptions, prices, and availability.
* Monitor website performance and user experience, and coordinate with IT for any technical issues.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Social Media Management:
* Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
* Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with the audience.
* Analyze social media performance and provide reports on key metrics.
* Data Validation and Analysis:
* Validate and clean ecommerce data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
* Create and maintain comprehensive reports using Excel and, if applicable, BI tools.
Excel and BI:
* Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to manage and analyze data effectively.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel.
* Knowledge of BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) is a plus and will be utilized to create advanced analytical reports.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in ecommerce operations, social media management, and data analysis.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a strong advantage.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
