The Amazon Account Management Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon sales channel. This role involves strategizing to increase sales, managing product listings, analyzing market trends, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Amazon account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, including promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product listing optimization.
* Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
* Product Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
* Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate inventory levels, and manage stock replenishments.
* Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, customer feedback, and return rates.
* Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service, including managing customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues promptly.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and product development teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to the Amazon marketplace.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
* Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon marketplace management.
* Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and marketplace dynamics.
Skills:
* Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
* Proficient in SEO and SEM strategies specific to Amazon.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and related software/tools.
Experience:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably with direct Amazon account management experience.
Work Environment:
* This is a full-time position.
* The role may require flexibility in hours and some weekend work, depending on business needs.
