*Responsibilities:*
Website Management and Optimization:
* Maintain and enhance the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional.
* Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve the online shopping experience.
* Monitor site performance, track metrics, and address technical issues promptly.
Product Listings and Inventory Management:
* Manage product catalogs, including accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely updates and stock availability.
* Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
* Process online orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.
* Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
Online Marketing and Campaigns:
* Develop and execute effective e-commerce marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid advertising).
* Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Implement pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions.
Customer Service and Support:
* Provide excellent customer service via various channels (chat, email, phone).
* Address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer feedback.
* Ensure a positive post-purchase experience.
Analytics and Reporting:
* Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and website traffic.
* Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
* Continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Indiamart, shopify).
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
