Job Description:
We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic and growing e-commerce team at [Company Name]. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a key role in managing our online store, optimizing the customer shopping experience, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and fully functional.
* Create and update product listings, descriptions, and images on the website, ensuring accurate and compelling product presentations.
* Monitor and manage online inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
* Implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
* Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
* Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative strategies.
* Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and content management systems.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
* Proficiency in using analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
